Paid Digital (Online Advertising) & Paid Social Reel

The biggest (and proudest) part of my job here is overhauling the OLA group - which has been subsequently renamed Digital Production.

At the time, I was handed a group of ex-Wunderman employees who produced by spreadsheets and phone calls. I was tasked with fixing that and improving our overall staff, vendors, process and creative executions. Under my guidance, this group of producers have created all types of paid digital and social advertising for our Ford & Lincoln clients. This includes Banners, custom integrations,  video, home page takeovers, and tons of mobile units - as well as first to market Paid Social (Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram & Youtube ad units)
